Maybe because they somehow managed to get the raws and want to share it with others or maybe some other reason. Idk about that but I do know mtls are something fairly common. And no, people do not get money for mtls because those are usually uploaded on illegal sites and uploading on illegal sites doesn't give anyone money. The main reason mtls exist is because the raws are available but a person who knows Korean/any other language hasn't translated it into English/any other language and the people who want to read it are unable to wait for faster updates.
