if you are speaking about first couple they kinda confirmed it , i dont remember the chapter name its at first where they hugged eachother and jiang yi (not sure about name) was crying and all. and if it comes to second couple they aldready slept with eachother so... Actually in some chinese manhwas i read they dont explicitly say i love you but indirectly confirm with actions (maybe its a cultural thing , even in our country we dont say i love you or anything similar but our actions show it and it feels akward to feel it)

no lil mo and hi tian is very obvious but jiyang yi and shit I forgot his name, were the main faces but got pushed aside bc they were never as popular so my comment is mostly a joke about that their relationship barely gets the limelight and that jiyangyi's side is very obvious but their relationship in some chapters feel very obvious in others feel very loose like they're aware but no concious confirmation was ever there and that's entirely bc they're treated as the other couple in the story
