I can somewhat understand their struggles with expressing their honest feelings and all that. I think not having needed communications isn't because they don't want to but because they don't exactly know how.
I know sometimes men/ppl feel insecure about talking about their negative emotions as they don't want to appear needy and vulnerable in front of their partner(s). Still, communication is really important so at least please try, don't keep it in and torture yourself.
