So basically from my understanding Seunghyun (top) was sent to that area to get a deal to make a casino for the blonde mob boss guy in Pearl boy. The only way to do that is to go with Yutas plans because he’s the boss I assume or new owner of the area they need. Yuta (bottom) on the other hand has always been a prostitute and in the time that has passed he may have been bought or married off from his brothel to a old man and that’s why he has status as seen in the part where the step son (so the old man’s son) is talking about how he always has sex with his “mommy” aka yuta etc- so long story short the dad AND son have been sexually abusing him as Yuta says “depravity runs in this family”. In this scene seunghyun gets pissed off and attempts to kill the son with a fork but yuta stops him and that’s when seunghyun says “think of the casino”. The only way to get it I guess is to pseudo marry yuta and that entails having sex in front the elders so they approve the new marriage. And that’s this scene in recent chapter- but seunghyun wasn’t prepared for how crazy this is and he freaks out which yuta says is hypocritical because he just r*ped him previously but I guess now his conscious is fucked after seeing how this family runs which yuta says makes him a fake gangster etc.

..........Yes, so Seunghyun, has just now taken Yuta from this abusive "family" home and threw Yuta in a car en route to Korea. Then it jumps back to the morning after Yuta made the phonecall to Seunghun in the middle of the night, I assume when his 'Stepson' was finally asleep on the bed and Yuta was tied up *shrugs*

....When this flashback is over then the author will probably take us to the airport for Korea or we'l already be in Korea....with Zen!! :)) ig

The real world was where the Mc and ML are in omegaverse, MC created an alternative universe in his mind due to trauma. And somehow, the ML was sucked in that universe. But everytime he is away from the MC that universe stop because the alt-univ was revolving around the mc. The ml then decided to let the MC read their real world thus “the silence” and thats where the MC in that world discover their real world. But he’s still convinced that the real world was not the omegaverse but the world that he created.

So are they the same people or two different people?

The way I understand it is there are 3 timelines/alternate realities/whatever you wanna call it:
1: the book. I think this is the original timeline or storyline or whatever. Idk if there is an author who wrote the book and wasn't satisfied or if the characters spiraled out of control at the end or whatever meta stuff is happening. Anyways, at the end of the book, Huimin was traumatized, drew pictures of a happy alternate reality and said his "what if" wishes (like how he wishes that Iheon's parents never died).
2: college life. This is where the manhwa starts. Huimin seems to think of this as the real reality but through Iheon's pov, we see that this world is actually glitching or something. According to other commenters, this alternate reality is centered around Huimin. This makes sense because it's the same as the pictures Huimin drew in storyline 1. But Huimin does not remember anything. So maybe this timeline/reality is just a shared dream or something.
3: the "isekai" into the book. This time, Huimin is the one who remembers (but only timeline 2) while Iheon seems unaware. Before the flashback tho, Huimin found his own drawings and the book in Iheon's safe.

Apart from the whole world building (is it time travel, alternate realities, parallel worlds, ...), there are a few things that are still open:
a) How much does Iheon remember and when did he start remembering?
b) How did the drawings from the end of timeline 1 get into timeline 3, when they were created after an event (losing the baby) that never happened in timeline 3?
c) Why is Huimin's birthday different and how does Iheon know it?
d) What happened in timeline 2 after Huimin transmigrated/reincarnated/etc.?

I can only guess the answers for questions a,c and d (according to what I read in comments and my logic):
First off, timeline 3 could be a redo of the original book because the author/god did not like it and or because the characters prayed for different endings. Huimin remembers timeline 2 while his memories of timeline 1 are locked. He slowly regains them through the hypnotherapy but does not recognize them as his own memories.
a) Iheon might have started without any memories but gained them back over time.
c) Huimin's birthday must have changed in timeline 2 and stayed the same in 3. Iheon either knows this because the author/god completely swapped out Huimin with the one from timeline 2, therefore changing a little bit of the "past" in timeline 3 OR because he remembered it and then changed the code on his safe.
d) I think the world either disappeared or Huimin went missing, which drove Iheon kinda mad, maybe cause him to forget everything?

It sounds like technically the same people. I assume after the MC killed himself when the ML died, he got to enter the alternate world he created and almost as a coping mechanism forgot all about the real world he came from. The ML, not really someone with that much trauma as the MC, remembered where he came from and also realized this is all from the MC drawings. Which is why he is more similar if not just happier than in the omega world vs the MC who doesn’t have trauma or issues with his family in the alternative so he is just more bubbly like he could of been in the omega world if not for his harsh life

they are pretty much both the same. The only difference is that the MC forgot his real memories and the ML had both. Though, it was pretty well implied at the start of the story that it took a while for the memories of the ML in the alt universe to resurface.
