guys please help me find this BL manhwa so the uke was a high ranking noble but his illness made him go crazy and he ended up killing the king because of it, so they stripped him of his title. they give him medicine to manage the illness but it causes him to lose his memories. the ML is secretly trying to help him and get revenge for him at the same time. i might be misremembering some details but that's the gist, someone please know what the name is!!

I feel like I read most of the popular shoujo manhwas, AND I REALLY wanna read another good one. But I can’t seem to find anymore good one these days. Does anyone have a list of recs. I would appreciate it so much
