I brought some chapters from the official sauce for a manhua that wasn't uploaded for a long time, and so I want to upload it here, but the problem is that I can't download the image from the app I also tried the site and the problem remain, is screenshot the only solution I have, also which files program should I use?

Can someone help me, I tried to upload a new manhua, I already have some chapters ready, as I sent my request to the mods here and also emailed them but nothing happened, so I wonder what kind of mistake I did, maybe there's a fault in the files since it's the first time I'm uploading something.
So I hope that somebody can help and guide me, maybe by sending them the request I made so that they can tell me what's the problem in the demand.
