The author Mingwa is, understandably, really angry because her work is being uploaded in illegal manga sites like this one.
Most people can't afford to buy every single chapter or volume of the mangas they like but at the same time mangakas need money to eat, pay bills, etc
If authors didn't earn money we wouldn't be having as many mangas as we have today. Plus mangakas don't live in riches, it's one of the worst paid jobs.
it's a touchy subject, but we need to remember that by reading manga without paying we're not respecting the artist's rights and that nowadays artwork theft is so common (from drawings on tumblr, from photography on deviantart, books, manga, fashion...) but that doesn't mean this theft is right in the least bit.
You wouldn't steal an engineers work or get a plumber to fix something without paying him, right? It's the same with artists. Unfortunately, their work and rights aren't as respected as those of non artists.
So if you can, please go to Lezhin and buy the chapters for BJ Alex, at least chapter 34 and the oncoming ones.
I can't buy all the 34 chapters, but I did buy some of them and the 34th and I'm going to buy all the new ones from now on.

Agreed very much so, especially when they are easily online available and in english there is no reason not to, I think many people on here don't readily realize many of the manga are available for purchase at certain sites as it's obviously not greatly advertised but whomever does the uploading here but soon as i've found out these comic are available on sites like Lezhin, tapas etc i go check there and sub, i will admit i forgot about this one just because it's in my subs here b ut i will go sign up to it now, it's honestly not that expensive compared to other things i buy and its worth it to support the future of awesome reading and art.
Unfortunately I am a student and have no access to paying money online to buy chapters, but does reading the free chapters on the official sites help? I feel a lot of regret while reading for free on illegal sites but I’m helpless too.
I relate as well, I live in a third world country and hardly able to pay for anything so this basically the only way I'll find entertainment through something that inspires me so much. I also have no way to pay for stuff online and lezhin is so expensive. I try my hardest to pay for tapas but even that drains any money I get from working. I'm really sorry I wish I could do better and it makes me feel ashamed :(
Yes, depending on the site, reading the chapters on the official site can help the authors. Kind of like line webtoon where authors get recognition by chapter views and likes, although in line webtoon they are payed according to views and likes, while in Lezhin they only get a percentage of each chapter sale.
It's always worth it to try to read the chapters in the official site before and if there's no way you can then come to sites like mangago.
Don't worry, at least you tried. Since it's in dollars I understand that it ends up being too expensive for a lot of people. I said it just for the ones who can afford buying the chapters and also for people to realize that the life of a mangaka is really difficult and they barely earn anything unless they are super famous, so when they get angry it's not just because of their work being stolen but because it also means the money they need to live is also being "stolen".
I 100% agree, whoever can afford to actually buy the chapters should and not doing so is pretty crappy. I respect the creator of this manga, and if she opened up a patreon or something like that which would cost less than lezhin prices, id donate money, but I do understand why they would be angry.
Yeah, I seen her twitter today. She's extremely pissed off, understandably so. I've been buying her work, I just come here to comment (I also buy the other artist work from lezhin). I feel that people should buy a chapter or so every other week. Sure, it may be expensive but it helps the artist. Moral support doesn't help them at all, especially on an illegal site.
So... how does Lezhin work? I've been to their website and couldn't find a simple guide in how their concept works. I also looked into their Terms of Use, but I don't get what payment options there are.

I'm so glad that the author took the mature male characters approach.
Instead of making one of them the usual petty male character who does anything to get the girl, both senior and Kyungsuk are mature, able to reason and reflect, able to accept rejection, respectful and genuine.
This webtoon has a lot of different character personalities, Sooah is bitchy but a really sad character chained by her own beauty; Mirae was bullied and can't break apart from her past; Kyungsuk is cold but caring and different, plus he also has a difficult past; senior is the typical male who goes for good looks BUT there is actually depth to his character; Mirae's unnie, the stalker, the idiot sexists....
I really like this manga and I hope the author continues developing the main character's. There's a lot of potential for this webtoon.

I am much older than you all and when I read they were middle schoolers I felt ill. They don't look or act like middle schoolers. I can't ship middle schoolers with each other, that's kind of not cool with me, they're too young. I'm not cool with this. And Jian Yi looks totally cool with his man bun and lanky coolness, that's not a middle school chill, it doesn't feel right.

And lol at him distancing himself from Dongyun thinking that Dongyun is the only one in love. I think Alex will start to realize he also fell in love from now on, though.
Also as much as Alex is one of my ultimate yaoi characters, I still think that his past doesn't justify being abusive towards Dongyun.
Things will probably get a bit rough for some time and then we'll finally have the heart fluttering relationship we're all hoping for.

I , as most of the readers want them to end up together and happy and I also find the plot really interesting and love the art.
But man, what's with yaoi webtoons and semes treating the ukes like total crap?
I've already said it for BJ Alex webtoon (even though Alex is my favorite character) and I say the same for this one, I hope the semes get a taste of their own medicine, just a little bit, so they realize how the ukes have been feeling and the ukes have a chance to retaliate.

I love how they flipped off each other. They truly care about each other, even if Mo still hasn't realized it. I bet that when He Tian is gone he will start to realize, even if just a little.

The main couple's story is boring and couldn't get more cliché. Plus Ingyu seems to have the maturity of a 6yo.
I hope the author properly develops Taegyu's story and his relationship with Jiho. I want them to become the main leads.
I know this won't probably happen, but Ingyu and Kangin lack a lot compared to Taegyu's story alone, even more with Jiho coupled with him.
The story of a baby Incubus with someone with a trauma can't win agaisnt a fallen angel that works for Satan and couldn't care less about his future partner, the lively and spicy Jiho XD
