So I read a manga a while ago and forgot to add it to my reading list ╥﹏╥, it’s about two main guys ( not yaoi but STRONG bromance) one of them was a cop or sum thing similar Bc it was set in a historical kinda setting( they had guns so not too back there) and the other one was a shopkeeper who kinda looked like a girl and never wanted to have clothes on ( he sexy af). I don’t really remember anything else( got the memory of a goldfish)

Some clean their chicken with olive soap yes you all read it right olive soap depends on how big the chicken is the many times you have to wash them like clothes
After washing you have to soak it with water white vinegar and olive oil all together and leave it for about 5- 10 minutes BUT I NEVER DO THIS TYPE OF CLEANING BECAUSE
THE CHICKEN BECOMES DRY AND BLAND YOU WOULDN'T EVEN ENJOY EATING IT EVEN IF YOU SEASON IT GOOD
I PREFER CLEANING IT WITH ROCK SALT RUBBING IT TO THE CHICKEN THEN RINSING THOROUGHLY AND CLEANING AGAIN WITH SPARKLING WATER SO THE JUICINESS AND THE TASTE OF THE CHICKEN REMAINS THE SAME

I mean we soak it in vinigar and water but it never becomes dry or bland but that’s probably Bc we use a lot of seasoning in the first place like garlic, sazon, adobo, and a whole lot of other stuff so it’s never bland but sometimes if you cook it too Lomb got gets dry but that’s Bc it’s overcooked. Mind you I’m not a professional cook so u may be right

It’s a hispanic seasoning from a brand called Goya. I’m Dominican so we tend to use this in most of our food

Oh sorry i haven't been in your country so I don't have any idea about the seasonings you use there I've only traveled mostly on middle east ,asia , switzerland so im most familiar with those countries's food .
