so basically, Gajun is more-so stuck in Sunwoo’s timeloop? But they are both going through the timeloops together, other than the first one. In which Gajun dies first and Sunwoo makes a deal to basically allow for Gajun to keep living, hence why Sunwoo is really concerned for Gajun’s life and others because he believes that Gajun has the strength to save himself and the others. Additionally, during those timeloops, Sunwoo did retain a certain amount of memory from the other timeloops but due to his deal and also just his own sheer willpower, he is able to forget most of it. Gajun just keeps dying shortly after Sunwoo, that’s why there’s not much remembering for them to do in any case. I’ve read this novel a few months ago, so I’m a little short on intricate details but that’s the summarised point of the timeloop

Maybe it's a culture difference, but that manager is way too manipulative and gossipy for me. Like, I'm not above office gossip myself but I think it's different to be a manager and gossiping about your direct reports to each other. Absolutely not. And I don't think the plan of bluffing to accuse someone of harrassment sets a good precedent at all. It'd be one thing if he followed through and then they had a 1:1 discussion and came to an understanding as part of the mediation process. But to intentionally make use of it as a threat feels bad to me.
