no it isn't. not inherently. at these ages their life circumstances and power dynamic matter more. i'm 21 rn. if i encountered this relationship - i can't lie i would think it's a bit weird/suspicious - but ultimately i would leave it be. reply
there are many personality tropes i would haaatttteeeee if they were real but can enjoy in fiction. and i understand that other ppl are the same way with this trope. obviously some stories are written to exaggerate tropes for ppl who r into that.
but that being said, i can't stand tasteless depictions of jealousy or the other things you describe. ...... reply
