I BELIEVE THAT or maybe to get back the future she had where she had that one year with everyone alive and well she decided to trade her life to the red house instead. Since the red house gave amane extra years in exchange for Tsukasa. Maybe she decides to take the toll instead.

It was fate all along, the time travel and every single event were inevitable. Nene ultimately had to pay the price to secure their future, fulfilling the soul-bound promise she and Hanako made in the opening chapters. From summoning Hanako to every adventure with the trio, everything led to this moment.
Fate brought them together, and no matter the sacrifice or the laws of time, their bond remains unbroken.
