am i the only one who thinks the relationship between the business guy and juhyeok is being written a little weirdly??? like it'll come into play later on in the future again? bc mc is kind of treating him weirdly nice despite their each encounter being him wanting to have sex with him; he nearly sexually assaulted him in that alleyway, he DID sexually assault him when he was drunk and they were kissing + about to fuck, and he's constantly harassing him with the "baby" talk, making lewd suggestion, etc etc, but when it comes to su-ah?
of course, su-ah has raped him (multiple times might i add) and scent marked, but he treated him like that BEFORE any of those events even happened/he realized. his only crime before that was possibly scenting him as a child, where it was probably unintentional or innocently thought (i do understand su-ah followed him around everywhere, but that was relatively harmless every time it showed, too). but when its the TJ, taejee, whatever his name is guy, he's just... mellowed out? he doesn't seem like the type of guy to only treat su-ah like this, it feels like he would be disdainful towards any alpha who would constantly try to claim they're "dating" or lie saying they had sex, but nothing happens towards the other guy. (he did use a martial arts move on him but his first thought was "he's a normal person!", meanwhile su-ah, he's just fine doing it to him)
idk am i crazy someone educate me i don't really get it unless they're intending on using his character for something more angsty, waiting to set him up with another person, or it's just juhyeok getting more flustered around su-ah for mate/scent reasons or some crap (probably the case)
in my logic, you feel more free to get angry to peope close to you, and juhyeok feel closer to su-ah, hence why juhyeok is freely letting his emotion with su-ah.
I believe juhyok has pride issue too with su-ah, remember as a child he was sure he will be an alpha, and protect su-ah, but now the role reversed, and add to the fact su-ah is the reason he has a hard time managing his pheromones (altho unintentionally), so imagine the annoyance he felt with su-ah, he still likes su-ah but he is prideful and su-ah is shameless, so he reject su-ah more vehemently
to me, that's another point towards concluding that the character writing in this series is shallow and insubstantial, despite the potential it holds, along with how juhyeok is suddenly okay with suah despite everything after some time apart. you can make some assumptions and inferences about juhyeok and his feelings towards and about suah based on what has been shown (he's tsundere, has negative/contradictory self-image, was raised in an alpha chauvinist kind of way and so on), but nothing that really connects to how he expresses himself and his actions towards suah apart from the obvious, and even less to explain how his attitude and actions towards suah have changed in recent chapters.
I'd love to be set straight and proven wrong, but I'm not feeling confident with this creator's track record and evident story priorities (smut over everything).
i can feel the angst ("break up") arc approaching. i predict that MC will realize his feelings first, stress everything out because ML made it clear he only wants fuck buddies (and he's had multiple at the same time + MC doesn't have "time" for a relationship probably) and then cause a rift between the two. and knowing ML, he's probably gonna lose his mind thinking about it lolol

im only up to chapter 22, but i doubt much will change, so i'll write my opinions early; this story is honestly so ass YEO every single chapter so far without fail has just been sexual assault sexual assault sexual assault with hardly anything else. of course, that's the standard for psychological horrors that have to deal with revenge and bullies in high school, but for it to be to this degree?
the female teacher was a pedophile and raped many young boys. the 3 bullies were all in on raping classmates who got in their way. even the male teacher who was being bullied raped the girl as 'revenge'. there's a random popular kid who is crushing on haruki and tries to rape him, too, and nobody sees an issue with letting him get off skott free; he just straight disappeared from their school (as of chapter 22, it was only teased that he'd make another appearance, he has yet to). the popular girl that was surrounded by the soccer team pretended that the loner tried to force himself on her. and now, the step-mom (or whoever) tried to get a young shirayuki to touch her boobs— like are we serious???
i wasn't expecting any real plot from a basic highschool revenge story, but every chapter feels the exact same. maria no danzai has a literal plot with their murders, but this? and it seems to be starting a pattern where haruki gets more friendly with his classmates and shirayuki gets slightly jealous and teasing, and lo and behold, it's revealed that the classmates haruki was friendly with have a 90% chance that theyre also rapists and bullies!!!!!!!! can we get some creativity here?? for a psychological, there doesn't seem to be much to do with psychology.
haruki gets bullied, shirayuki kills them, haruki gets sexually assaulted, shirayuki finds a way to get them sexually assaulted back... like there is no lingering effects of any of their deaths, it's just, "where did _ go? oh, i heard they were running from loansharks and disappeared! oh well!"
can someone lmk if anything enjoyable actually happens beyond this point, or even in raws if there are any?? this got boring fast, there isn't even anything well thought out, shirayuki hardly struggles (as of chapter 22).
It got better then it got worst with its newest villain; a chubby Fujoshi based off the fans of this book LOL
I was planning on reading this but the idea of raping someone as a revenge is not it (i want their reproductive organs to be cut off not raping them
