Miguel marries someone he loves later. They have two daughters who look like Carcel so Ines is very fond of them. It’s just like Carcel is very fond of Ines’s niece (Luciano’s daughter who looks like Ines (green eyes and black hair) whom Ines and Carcel also babysat in the first timeline when they were married. Her name is Raphaela and she’s born in every timeline since technically it should only be one life.) But Ines and Carcel’s daughter also look like Ines and has Ines’s personality. It’s just that she has blonde hair and green eyes. However, she’s just like her mother.
Carcel cares about his family. Remember Carcel is the one who stayed with his brother throughout the funeral when Viviana died. Carcel is also the one who got his brother into the military academy and will continue to support him in that way. Keep in mind though that since Carcel is six years older than his brother, he thinks of Miguel as a kid at times. Carcel was also raised as an heir so he was taught to do his duty as heir of the family so sometimes he can be a bit cold.
