I found this site through another piracy site and harsh truth but every "friend" I've made here are merely acquaintances of the lowest degree. Pls do not ever get attached to any online "friend" you do not know their true identity and how they are as a person irl. The world is scary out there.
Aside from that, the easiest way to make friends here is through being mutuals and finding a common ground through either shared tastes or opinions. Another option is just to literally ask ppl to be friends like posting a "who wants to be friends?" thread. Believe it or not, ppl here are pretty open to that and are usually friendship starved
