I’m really 50/50 on that story, it got psychological potential, it could be Jihwan turning into his dad and doing the same to soo-young with no romanticization and showing how horrific it is, but somehow I’m sure it’s gonna take the usual bl route of romanticized rape and they somehow end up together with redemption when this shit is not redeemable
Latter would suck because the author portrayed how obsessive anti-social can be. If they want to make it more authentic, Jihwan can only pretend or try to be "normal" by being romantic but always fail because of his condition, esp if never treated by a professional. Soo young may accept or receive him, only after getting treated and seeing good results - but that would not be fun and exciting would it? So yeah, it won't go that route.
I’m on chapter 16 and the way mc lacks reaction from Ml literally saying he would have ed him ??
when i read it the first time i didn’t have this opinion but the uke being unfazed by such traumatic experiences gives away to me that his character was written in a way for people to romanticize, I know people react differently to trauma but making rape the whole theme of the story and then having the character act like it’s not a big deal or even the people around that person acting like it’s not a big deal gives away to me that it’s just fetishizing rape and abuse. i promise you this story isn’t really worth reading even if you are into that type of thing it’s just not worth the time

Not gonn a lie the last chapter got me negatively, if the goal is to make us feel sick then its well done.
