Actually someone already commented about it. Sombrero is a galaxy or constellation in space. It'd astronomy connected word.

I've been reading scanlations works for so long, ngl I miss seeing long TL notes like this. Older manga scanlations used to do something similar sometimes, and I gobble them up always bcs japanese intricacies are so interesting to me. Like yes, i want to know more about shits like 'it's written in kata instead of hira or kanji', the different dialects, the weird phrases... It's so fun!
