From what I gathered, MC’s character in the bl novel was like a close friend of the OG bl’s MC. In the story that MC kills himself because of his toxic relationship and not feeling loved by the current ML (the gangster). The OG MC who hates the OG ML (the classmate who they do a group project with at the beginning) teams up with the OG ML to get revenge on the gangster (current ML) for his friend’s suicide which he finds out about in a diary like letter.

Not that we know of. Even during their wedding when it was the "kiss the bride" part, the wife ended up switching places with Mr. Shen due to some weird thing idk remember what so he ended up kissing him instead of her. And ever since then... love has blossomed between ml and Mr. Shen ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Actually had to skim the first few chapters to remember. I guess they did kiss but it was only once at the very very beginning and then never again. There was a little romance at the start but its mainly them "hoping yo be together one day" but it REALLY doesn't seem to last long because ml becomes quite attached to the wife's dad since they end up spending the most time together
Between the wife and him-- There isn't really romance with them-- She married him to make her Dad mad and some king of incident happened and made the dad go into her body per se , and when ever they have contact they switch.
