After he loses his job and gets dumped by a former flame, Daniel longs to break away from the constant noise of the city. Little does he know that a sudden inheritance in the form of a countryside hotel could be just the quiet escape he needed. But as he works to breathe life into the old hotel, he quickly realizes that it's anything but ordinary. With ghosts supposedly lurking the halls, a mysterious wing that no one is allowed into, and secret dealings behind closed doors, Daniel has his work cut out for him. Still, he's determined to uncover the mysteries of Hotel Pharus, and with the help of a handsome and willing guest upstairs, he may get more than he bargained for. Will he find the answers he's looking for or come to realize that some secrets should stay buried?
Cheers to the author for actually making 72 ch and barely taking a break
Through I prefer the shorter stories I can understand why everyone is complaining because the ending is pretty much wrapped in the last 10 chapters
I'm sure, if the story itself was better paced, it wouldn't feel as rushed but I can also understand that the author wanted to wrap this up faster after reading the author note in the final chapter
Spoilers(?) underneath
Through the ending does take off a couple of points the story was still enjoyable for my standards - I'm happy he didn't become all wholesome and didn't completely change for the FL, even better she kinda started taking some of his character - and most, if not all, the plot points introduced were resolved so I'm not complaining
To the people complaining the fl is too dumb: you guys are taking this way too seriously.
I admit there are way better reincarnation stories out there but as a short, light read this is not bad ¯_(ツ)_/¯
The plot is very much trying to be scary(?) and make you question the situation/characters but I'm honestly no better than the Fl and my brain was empty as I was reading this so I often found myself actually laughing at either said situation or at the Fl reaction

After all this time >.<
