There is a proposal and they end up having babies. In this world it exists a treatment so M/M couples can have kids. ML really wants to be the one to get pregnant bc he is worried about his love suffering, but MC thinks it isn't the best idea bc of his work, so both take the treatment and MC its the one to get pregnant. I think I even remember them saying they will take turns, but it never happens xD
