i started reading this a few days ago and just got caught up and?? holy shit i absolutely love the way this author develops the characters!!! there’s seriously not a single character i don’t like (except for the mean executives lol) but seriously!!! the writing is great, the pacing is really amazing, and the developed turn from a scary to a gentle director is my favorite ever!!!
ok so i don’t want to shame shinwoo for being a whore or whatever like a lot of other people since that’s his own business. my problem is when he begins hurting other people by going behind their backs and being indecisive!! like!! he’s hurting both of the people he has wrapped around his finger and neither of them have gotten a clear answer from shinwoo. he can’t get mad at sebin off of accusation when he’s the one who ACTUALLY went out, cheated, lied, and half-assedly covered everything up. like, it’s so hard to root for him in this story and i have no idea how the author is going to fix things at this point but i’m holding out

The audacity to have sex with someone and blatantly show that you did (the multiply obvious hickeys left behind) then crawl back to him and expect them to just say that everything is fine and dandy. Sebin had and will always have the right to be angry at Shinwoo for how he treated Sebin, and also Taesoo
reading this chapter was so fucking hard like. the seme is so fucking toxic he keeps insulting the uke and blaming him for everything. like that can fucking total your mental state, i’m really glad the uke was able to stand up for himself. reading this chapter genuinely made me anxious though so i have no idea how the author is going to get me to like those two together

honestly it’s really not easy for me to give up on a manhwa, but i’ve been reading it for well over a year and a half now (i actually think i started somewhere during the summer after my freshman year.., i don’t really remember exactly when but i’m about to finish my junior year :/ ) but the entire time i’ve read it i’ve seen very little actual plot progression. i truly love these characters, but reading this manhwa just isn’t fun for me anymore. it feels like the story has been dragged out for far too long. i still love it and it’ll hold a warm place in my heart but it’s not the same for me anymore
As a fellow reader that has read a lot of webtoons for years, I get this a lot especially when it's an ongoing webtoon. Though sometimes when the webtoon is really good, I would reread it when it's complete. It's what I'm doing with this manhwa now. I've reread it 3 times since I've dropped it a lot in order for chapters to pile up. I'm going to drop it too for now. I'l come back when it's complete or maybe close to complete. I do hope you come back too to see the ending.

something that never fails to disappoint me is the clear fetishization of rape in manga and manhwa. i’m not gonna stop reading because of it, but it’s just messed up to me idk
Facts, the fetishization of rape is legit in majority of yaoi manga/manwha and it sucks. It doesn’t depict a good picture to the younger/more naive audience that reads this stuff and might start thinking ‘hey, that’s my ideal relationship’ bc no, it’s toxic and unhealthy.

ikr people are gonna get the wrong idea when they hear someone saying “no” during sex because it’s so prevalent. like a lot of the times it’s not them playing hard to get, usually something actually hurts or they’re really uncomfortable. and idk about everyone else anyway but when i read the uke saying they like it or saying “yes” it’s a lot better to read than hearing “no”

I might be wrong about a few things, but this is how I remember it.
Because of Charlie's jealousy he conspired along with Lee Gyungs secretary/assistant and stabbed him, gave Choi Hyungdo to some bad guys.
After that Hyungdo was being whored out to numerous men, he managed to get away by making a deal with the bowl cut pervert dude and afterwards he started working his way towards becoming a celebrity in hopes of making sure Lee Gyung finds him.
In the latest two chapters we find out what Lee Gyung was doing in the meantime and of course his way to finding Choi Hyungdo.
