if that's the only reason why you're reading the series, you're missing out on ALOT- Skip to Loafer is one of the best and realistic depictions of teenagers and their struggles in a slice of life series. So far we dont know where the relationship between Mitsumi and Shima is headed, but even if they dont end up together the diverse and relatable cast of characters genuinely is what makes the series a great read! At times I dont even think about the mainline romance ^^
If youre only reading it for the “romantic purpose” dont even read it. Because skip to loafer is much more than romance, which is why it’s not a shojo. It’s a slice of life manga
There was a romance tag I saw and lots of edit of them lovey dovey, guess I got my hopes for nothing, not everyone is into adventure or friendship guys I'm only here for romance or anything like that, if there is no gurantee for their future together then yeah I'll just back out
That’s completely valid, i get that! Unfortunately romance isnt the main topic. At least not shima and mitsumi’s. It is one of them but there’s also a lot of stuff going on and personal problems in between different characters. If you’d like a romance manga this same author has one, it’s a BL tho. It is called Okaeri Aureole :D

Nah bro I am not really into adventure for me it's slop rather than peak, I only watch adventure when it's horror, psychological or anything fiction related not into family drama /slice of life or comedy show, it's called preference to everyone who disliked my comment
