You guys are so angry with the seme because of his actions towards the uke, but imagine yourself remembering only partial of your life where you have gone into a recently traumatic experience and and thinks beta is the reason of it all, only to wake up one day where people inform you that 7 years have passed and you’ve been dating a beta and this stranger beta lives with your house full of pictures you don’t have memory with. I dunno with you guys but if I wake one day and was informed that I have a lover for 7 years, and this lover was the type of person I despise so much, I’d freaked out too. People are saying that his reason for hating a beta is immature but you guys forget that he has a mindset of a 21 years old and he was really immature way back then. Obviously he have overcame this mindset when he met the beta in the past, fell in love so hard, and even protected his beta from his mother and relatives. Obviously he cherised the uke so much and was even willing to sacrifice his life for him. What he had was true love, but he you can’t be angry at him for not suddenly loving back the uke because he can’t remember the reasons why he fell in love with him in the first place.
You guys kept on saying that the uke was push over, but common! You put yourself on the uke’s shoes. He’s been dating the seme for 7 years and obviously the seme was so good to him and does not even want to hurt him. They clearly love each other so much, and you can’t just abandon your lover on their weakest time. The uke was patient and kind and can’t just let go of their love that easily, because what they had before was true and beautiful. Cut them some loose.
This manhwa reminds me of a certain movie before. The MC wasn't able to regain her memory but her heart remembers him.
Maybe he can't remember but his heart will always tell him that that guy who was in those pictures with him is the love of his life.
It doesn't matter that his younger self wouldn't have been with a beta or that he's lost his memories, is confused, lost, etc. That is still absolutely no excuse to treat anyone else this way, especially someone who is also going through almost the same exact shit. Someone you KNOW you were in a relationship with. Someone who is now finding themselves with a version of you they also don't really recognize. Just because you're going through some shit does not give you an excuse to go around and victimize other people.
It would 100% fine that he's uncomfortable with this stranger being his lover. That he's lost and confused. If he needs space and a lot of time to figure things out, and I'm sure the beta guy would give him all of that. In fact, he HAS been doing everything right. But the alpha asshole isnt just lashing out from confusion, he's legit treating his forgotten lover like a subhuman.
So yea, people are hating on him. It doesn't matter that he was in an accident and lost his memories. The way he is treating another human being is absolutely deplorable, especially someone he KNOWS he had feelings for, was in a relationship, and is trying to help him cope and recover. But he is going out of his way to treat this man like garbage.
I still stand by my assertion, I hope the beta leaves him, finds happiness with someone else, and then he gets his memories back and has to suffer until the end of his days for being such a garbage piece of absolute human trash.
