As far as I can recall the mc and ml know each other from the past when the ml used to visit the orphanage where the ml lived. I think the mom knows this and is maybe using that fact to bait/test her daughter. The mom gave the ml the aphrodisiac which led to this last chapter

from the start a lot of 'plot' was about seonwoo's love for freaky bdsm and stuff and then the most we got was double penetration while i love this story, im disappointed they didnt follow up with it after incorporating it into the story
