Well, I believe it bc it happened to me still love them so much even in 10 yrs. It feels like there's a pull, a red string that was pulling me towards them the first time i saw them. Then bam, i know that I was inlove, like a giddy feeling, can't stop smiling, I wanna see them all the time. Like yeah, you'll never know if you didn't experience it first hand. I became obsessed, want to monopolize them and just wanted to be with them all the freaking time, gave up my career just bc i wanted to focus on them. So everything that Karel did, I did it too. And eventually learn to give them freedom and space.
The reason why karol felt so betrayed is because he went to jail for 25 freaking years for this person and remember he didn’t get sasyas letters they got confiscated so he genuinely thought Sasya totally said fuck you The war probably fucked him up differently to
