The actual term used in most medical and the legal systems globally is sexual assault, and as you pointed out, SA can include many different actions. "Rape" is a form of sexual assault. Overall, SA is the official umbrella term for any nonconsentual sexual contact or sexually violent behaviour. So, no need to argue semantics or be rude in the comment section, especially when you don't have the facts. :)
