The story is about a boy (I think the bottom) living in abusive house, an the he died and isekai-ed as a slave and then the top buy him, I thought it is 'A Near-Death experience is a cry for love' but I don't think it is, bcs I remember the art being more dark, and it is manga not webtoons

It is good how the story is about two people who don't talk eo language, but did they never thinking of using English as the middle, or they didn't know English, but most people would know the basic english especially people who work in that industry
