I’m so…. fucking sick, to my stomach, of consent being something tossed out the window. Consent isn’t a separate concept you can just ignore for the sake of the plot or ‘angst’ - it’s so out of character for this to be a sudden turn of events. Consent is the nuance in someone’s words, their body language, literally everything- and they were both highly capable of reading those nuances last season! Where the hell did that go??
Smh, tired of this. It’s in everything, and I’m goddamn sick of it.
What is this turning into, honestly? This went from an intriguing and slightly different storyline ab an omega trying to hide their secondary sex assignment in a high-demand job for the sake of his remaining family to a tropey, stereotypical A/B/O fic where suddenly the omega seems to have lost all his brain cells. Idk, maybe we’re expecting too much, but come on. We had some considerable hopes for this one.
Dohu gets an autism diagnosis and discusses it openly with work, where it goes down the grapevine to Juheon, they engage in open discussion, and either go their separate ways as acquaintances or rekindle their relationship via relearning one another through friendship.
But that’s not got enough drama so that’s not going to happen.
“Kick me if you want me to stop because I won’t be able to hold myself back”
So abusive smh. Getting sick of this, the uke looks like a child as well - especially in this chapter, the faces feel so off. This feels like such a strange story. There’s such an influx of abusive relationships in yaoi without overtly presenting it as negative, it’s so awful. I started reading this with the hopes it would turn into an exploration of dynamics in relationships, and with some sort of reflection between the power imbalance they have at work and as sex partners, but I was def expecting too much hoping for something as nuanced as that. Tired of so many authors throwing in the towel when it comes to using their brains to write interesting and different stories.

I LOVE THE ‘QUEEF!’ VFX HAHA <333 That’s so funny and real, I wish more visual novels included stuff like that in their intimacy scenes
