He already knows who Paula is, he is just wishing she will tell him herself. He confronts her when she tries to run away. There is some chapters of him following Paula around to make sure she doesn't try to run away again (it's cute). Alicia still tries to pretend to be Paula (she didn't know that Vincent is already confronted Paula). He even cause Alicia to be caught in a lie due to him being upset by Alicia's lies. He asked what were the color of the flowers in the field they went to in the past (w/ Lucas). Paula get's lost in thoughts that she doesn't hear Alicia's answer so when Vincent asks her the same question she answer's truthfully, the flowers were white. Alicia said they were yellow. Even after this he doesn't officially call Alicia out for Paula's sake. If Alicia is "found out" she would have to be punished for lying to a nobleman. He does warn Paula that his patience is growing thin so to convince her to come clean. Paula says she will handle it but she procrastinates as she doesn't know what to do. It eventually gets found out. Due to other circumstances that played in Paula trying to run away, Alicia gets a group of maids to confront/bully Paula. Vincent sees this and is about to confront them when a car comes barreling towards them erratically, scaring everyone. Turn out the one steering the car was Violet w/ Ethan (she was steering the car from behind the driver for some reason Σ(っ°Д °;)っ I love that woman). After getting out of the car, she is the one who says she doesn't recognize the fake Paula (Alicia) and then goes up to and hugs the real Paula. Alice tries to protest but is taken away. There is still more that happens after but that is how Vincent confronts Paula, and Alicia is found out. We still have aways to go my fellow readers. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

An Ethan's extend family ends up adopting/faking Paula's identity so she can be with Vincent. This make Ethan and her adopted cousins but he treats her like a little sister. Vincent's old head maid comes back into the picture to teach Paula noble educate. This is all part of the side stories.
