So I've read (from the comments) that his eye colour changed because he knotted with YH. Every time a ghost alpha knots with a beta, they slowly turn that beta into an omega.
Here's the question: Does this only apply to YH since he's a different type of beta or does this apply to every beta out there?
Also, what makes YH different from other betas besides the fact that he can sense WK's pheromones?

so what you’re asking is if kun’s eye color would change if the person he’s fucking isn’t ihyeon? if so, yes, it’ll still change. the eye color changes regardless who he’s fucking if what he’s doing is knotting. if a ghost alpha isn’t knotting(attempt a changing) then the eye color would not change.
other than what you mentioned, it’s also the fact that kun is the only one (so far¿) that could sense ihyeon’s pheromones
