So I've read (from the comments) that his eye colour changed because he knotted with YH. Every time a ghost alpha knots with a beta, they slowly turn that beta into an omega.

The memory that our MC saw from Chapter 19 doesn't align with ML's flashback from Chapter 28. Based on what I understand, MC's "brother" is also a deity like ML, and I think he did something to mess with them in the past. I believe he's planning to do the same thing in this timeline as well. Regardless of whether this is true or not, this is definitely just a misunderstanding. I want to believe that our MC wouldn't do such a thing — I mean, how can he when he was crying so bad in the memory that our current MC saw!
