I just figured out it was him because of the hair. And because Yeongwoon almost saw him in Haeyool, like he was thinking that maybe Seo In liked Haeyool because he looks just like his dead adoptive brother.

In my opinion, yengwoo did think that seo-in liked him, that's why seeing him kissing the brother came to him as such a shock and deeply ingrained the thought that seo-in never saw him as a potential partner.
