I can see your point, but I feel like that entirely depends on the work? Like if you're entirely on the yaoi side of things then yeah there's pretty much no "getting to know each other" part, but there's a lot of BLs (especially nowadays as compared to the older stuff) where they actually spend time together.

If you want character customization, then it'll be mostly text-based games I think. I like indivi's Lust Doll+, but that's still a WIP. It has a ton of spicy scenes, and you can disable any kinks you don't want to see. I haven't played any of their other games, but comments say that they're good.

Oh yikes that sounds familiar. I was pretty much the same way, but I completed college without knowing what I wanted to do with my life. I applied kinda halfheartedly to an entry level job that I know I was going to get (I had experience in a similar field), but hey I have a job even if the pay is low and everyone says it's below my education level...... 1 reply
