This is just a random thing, but I got distracted by Kishiar's legs in the chapter lol when they're talking w the mages, he's seated with his left leg over his right. Then in one panel, and only one panel (where it's basically a full-body pic of Kishiar sitting), it looks like his right leg was over his left.
Someone please tell me if I'm hallucinating that whole thing or just have terrible sight ╥﹏╥
don't you move your legs while sitting? I don't see much point in a close analysis of the placement of legs when they aren't the focus of a scene.
Yes I do move them, but usually if the legs are moved, it's going to show in more than one panel. The fact that it literally just shows up in one panel is kinda what bugs me

iirc in the earlier chapters he mentioned about having the same name as eugene. but he didn't explicitly say "jeong yujin"
"yujin" and "eugene" are written in the same way in korean (유진) and kinda pronounced the same. i think it's more of a translation thing that we didn't realize his prev name...
when hes talking to himself he says it one time a few chs back. one if the times you see him and his old body and he's having internal dialogue

Okay putting aside all the frustrating things, I don't really understand why the teachers hid that they were related to their kids. Is there a generational or cultural (or smth else) reason for it? I understand that it could also just be an artistic decision, but I just want to make sure that it wasn't for the reasons listed above.
I ask bc I'm a teacher's kid myself and though I was never a student while my parent was in my school (my siblings were tho!), I don't understand the reason for hiding their connection.
It’s kinda explained but basically it’s because choonsam always goes to the infirmary and rests there so if the students learnt about the nurse being his mother, rumors about preferential treatment are bound to circulate

Personally I think it’s the same thing for the other girl. To my understanding they keep it a secret to protect both the parent and the kid because for the teacher for example if the daughter got good grades then people are bound to doubt the integrity of the teacher and if she didn’t have good grades then she could very well get bullied for it (it’s worth to note that in Korea bullying is a very serious issue) so similarly to Choonsam they are just protective measures (at least that’s what I understood)
