Okay honestly I said this last chapter—this ending feels so damn rushed. Listen, I love a good Angst with a Happy Ending tag, mkay? I’m a complete sucker for a toxic top, remorse arch, sweet ending. But BABE!!!!! Where’s the chemistry? Where’s the spice??? This is saltine crackers on a queasy stomach when I was expecting some marshmallow covered sweet potatoes…. But hey. I guess kudos to the author for representing TRUE toxic relationships. I love you, my sweetie pie, Kim Dan little snookums. But bitch if you don’t pick yourself and your motherfucking dignity up off the floor????? No accountability for Jaekyung whatsoever??? No, “hey yeah what you did was fucking coercion, rape, blackmail, etc and was pretty fucked up btw” ??? But that’s what happens in abusive relationships where one parter keeps going back to the abuser because they feel like they won’t get any better.
