Am I the only one that really likes the story so far? It doesn’t feel boring to me and I like how much time author is taking to round out their characters. But personally, I just don’t mind slow stories so I can understand why some are bored or frustrated with it.

I’m rereading both this and Viewfinder at the moment and tell me why in chapter 2-3 of this and chapter 37 of Viewfinder take place in the EXACT same room with the big diagonal window, gray tiles, gray textured bed frame, and white bedding and all was this purposeful or what? Just a template?
This feels like Love or Hate and I’m kind of excited for it, please just not so much angst because idk how many times I cried with that one. Not again
It’s truly hard to master the tension and the building of it in stories. I’ve read too many manhuas where the storyline is good enough but the smut falls flat. There’s no movement or dimension to it and it feels so still even in scenes of action. But some authors/artists seriously have it down to a science. It’s honestly such a treat to find authors that do it well. And this is most definitely one of them. I’ve not been disappointed once with this one
I’ve tried to read this probably 6 times over the past couple years and I always get to the same spot of like chapter 20 or something and immediately get bored. Is the plot worth pushing through and reading it all?
Is it just me?? The line asking if he was a pervert for still liking Matthew now that he remembers him as a kid was like lowkey uncalled for just oddly off (?) in a reconnecting moment. I try to enjoy it but pooooor Jo. My goodness, I can’t even get into this scene and ***spoiler unfortunately the few chapters because all I can think about is how hurt Jo will be, and what I can gather (not fluent in Korean) that he already knows Ian still misses and loves TJ. I honestly believe Cárcel is named prison because no matter what life she’s in, she can’t escape him. I adore this story. And this doesn’t even have to do with the current chapter, but when Cárcel found Inés after she was beaten by the prince, there’s something very endearing and heartbreaking on how angry he was on her behalf. I think he’s always loved her in every single one, sigh, all the times where they juuuuuusttt missed one another due to timing. She could’ve been saved from worlds of hurt.

I just binged this and I’m highkey disappointed. I had so much hope for this one because of TBMD. That manhua had so much depth and it’s one of my favorites! But this just feels shallow and rushed and has no real plot. It literally feels like a wattpad story written by a 12 year old. Or even feels like the author just forced themselves to write another story with no actual inspiration. Imma still read it though but FR such a let down for such a good author.
