Hmmm, there's a manga that was adapted to an anime that had the same plot. The MC was the seme and he would rate others from the scale of 1-100. It was an office romance where one day both the MC and the ML(uke) had to go on a business trip and has to share the same room. The Uke looked very dull with long bangs on the front untill he came out taking a bath the MC felt for him (lol)
