I'm not crazy about the artist's art style in general--particularly with how they draw glutes--but I don't think Seokjun's face looks bad in comparison to anyone else's, though his eyes are drawn facing downward (whereas Chani Chani's are drawn with the ends facing upward), making Seokjun look permanently sad, tired, or crazy, so maybe that's why you don't like it? Plus I'm not crazy about how small the pupils are; I don't want them to be as huge as a stereotypical uke in a traditional yaoi work, but the eyes are way too small and makes everyone look kinda villainous.
i think that's part of his charm though. he's pretty average looking to me, everyone else is just really pretty

Dear manhwa readers, enjoy your time while you can. I read the novel some months ago and to kill time, I tried rereading the manhwa since I’ve read everything on my list. This is not a drill, though. Don’t be scared and miss out on this peak. I definitely recommend the novel for the best experience, however it sort of is more serious.
It’s safe to say that you guys should definitely appreciate how chill things are right now. I get so sad seeing the first chapters of the manhwa, as I get reminded of how our baby Kim Giryeo just wanted a peaceful life.
I can’t stress enough how much you guys will treasure this green little alien thing as more chapters get released, so be happy while he still is. ╥﹏╥

This is just from my rough memory so forgive me if anything is wrong but:
- ahn yoonseung dies, kim kiryeo experiences grief for the first time
- kim kiryeo (og) got his money stolen by his mom that abandoned him 2 times; while working to supply his mom’s gambling addictions, he encounters a monster and gets a leg injury that sinks him in debt. He tries to seppuku thereafter
- lemming (the alien in kim kiryeo’s body) was basically exploited by the entire alphauri planet and race for his whole life of 6,500 years; imagine being forced to work non-stop for that long, pumping out every last source of magic and energy you have without stopping, sleeping, or eating because your people programmed you, a living being, to live like a machine
- lemming’s only friend, another alphaurian, died saving him and ultimately supported him in succeeding in the reincarnation magic
- kim kiryeo almost dies and traumatizes everyone who saw that
- kim kiryeo gets diagnosed with lung cancer and it’s at the 3rd or 4th stage (?) and he found out only after becoming s-rank so it became harder to treat
- not rlly a plot point but an observation i find interesting: it is not that lemming is incapable of feeling emotions, he only knows a select few which are mostly negative emotions like fear, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, and anger because he never really felt lasting happiness and joy in his 6,500 years of living, mostly due to how his race modified him to be an ‘efficient’ machine for work
- big lesson of this story is f#ck capitalism

He's always around S-Rankers, who lack humanity for understandable reasons 2. He's an F-rank 3. He allows himself to be treated like shit since he has a skill that doesn't enable fear
I mean (SPOILERS), he almost got his limbs detached from him by his brother; the tank guy that he was helping get to S-Rank, physically and emotionally, always abused him in his past life whenever encountering him; Hyunjae Sung literally tied him up and waterboarded him; Riette was doing whatever she was doing; Riette's lil bro jumped Han Yoojin upon meeting him.
I feel like the people who can bond with Han Yoojin and not treat him like shit at all are Han Myungwoo and Bak Yerim because they came from similar backgrounds (broke, impoverished, helpless, and weak) and can sympathize with him.
But then again, Han Yoojin wouldn't be Han Yoojin if he had boundaries. To me, it's such genius writing, and I love it, because this is such a realistic portrayal of how symbiotic relationships would work between prey and predator. A predator's allyship comes at a cost, and even that allyship might hurt more than what the price was.
But that cost doesn't hurt Han Yoojin, because he's used to being insulted and being interacted with for the sole reason of his worth as a support, which is why I think he needs to be cherished even more. Our Han Yoojin truly is the most honeypot of all honeypots. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
I would love it if being a "honeypot" meant like that, rather than like some insult to him for having S-ranks under his spell or something, like how those guests at Hyunjae's birthday would mean it when calling Yoojin "honeypot".
