Well, I highly recommend you to go talk with someone you trust, about your worries and feelings, and think if you're feeling like this because of something that happened in the past days or months. If by doing this things you don't get better, please consider seeking help of a health professional. Particularly, I think mental health is very important, so take care and hope you get better. Could be because your life feels boring and meaningless to you? In that case, it'd be good to make sth your "mission" in life, sth you value and find meaningful. Ideally that sth would be beneficial to others too as those things generally grant high levels of fulfillment. E.g. cheering people up by making great songs, helping others by learning about health and curing them, becoming an experienced consultant and helping others with their businesses, etc. Sth you like, people need,you're good at and that can make you money would be perfect, put those 4 together and you have your ikigai, your meaning in life :D finding that isn't always easy though... But it's totally worth it.
