It's set in highschool, one is light haired and the other has short black hair, they used to be friends and the light haired had a crush on him since before. At the last chapter the were supposed to go to a festival but the uke doesn't go so the seme went to find him, the uke thinks the seme doesn't like him sexually but they solve the misunderstanding and have sex for the first time. Their friends go to look for them and the greet them from the balcony of the house, that's the last scene of the manga I think.
