don't be too hard on yourself, your off to a good start by realizing its happening, most people won't bec "its fiction". i went through something similar. heres my tips

honestly sensitive is not the word i would use for those people, it's really childish and self-centered to think the comment section only belongs to people who agree with you and attack/bully others for not liking certain content, people should take their own advice and not read the comment section if they can't handle a different opinion or a post...... reply
