I’ve been thinking, idk how the korean novels works irl but in manhwas when the protagonist wakes up in a novel they’ve read, they’re like “oh shit I look exactly like this character:0” or “they look exactly like x character!” how do they know what the characters look like? I can understand if they recognize the ml or fl of the novel because they are usually on the cover but the protagonist is Usually like the villain or an extra.
And sometimes there’s only a title as the cover and they only have to rely on the description of the characters and idk about you but I suck at connecting people to descriptions.

Maybe.. it’s because they’re hallucinating and really they aren’t dead, they think they are dead but they are in a coma from when they got hit by a car or whatever. So then their world is accurate to the one they imagined. Because none of it is real. Could be a good plot twist ending tho lol

Why do people assume that romance is bad in, mostly shounen? Like in solo leveling, there are some who is really mad that there is a girl who could be a potential lover to mc and that they’ll drop this at once and that romance will make the story trash.
And I get that in a lot of stories they just add romance as a fan service but you can’t assume that every single manga will be the same, or am I missing something?
most mangas start focusing too much in the romance side story when people only read shounen for action, there’s some shounen’s that can do it right however most can’t and it leads to the mangas going to shit.

when if the ml was from a yaoi they would be drooling over him like what
like take “bj alex” for an example, the top is such a red flag until his redemption arc and everyone forgave him but if he was in a GxB manhwa, he would be hated to the end and people would have dropped it
i mean- just look at killing stalking, people actually still ship them until the very end
