To anyone who has been reading the nonexistent new season, i have one question.
WHAT FUCKING URGED HAEBOM TO JUST DIP????? like what happened????? After all the years, the hardships they both went through together that they passed still holding each others hands, what urged our strong willed Heabom to just dip? Is it allong the lines; Leave or I'll hurt your lover(which is my grandson). Because that is the only fucking reason I can think of. Because no way our head strong Haebom just up and left Taesung. As an og reader, I just can't fathom the thought. I was with them through thick and thin. I was there when they first kissed — The kiss that made Ahjumma think they were fighting(ToT) — , their first sex — They were late to class a few times —, I was there when Taesung was ready to throw away the connection he has with his parents just so he can be with Haebom, I was there when they both got their first job, when they opened their bakery. I was there, every single time. I feel hurt that the new season is what it has come to be. Those are the reasons the question "What urged Haebom to up and dip?" lingers in my mind rent free.

you’re right… nah they aren’t my taebom. i know it’s the authors story and her rights but that’s not them and they wouldn’t do that. the new season is a huge disappointment to their development and story. this story was beautifully written.
Is the grandfather and sir Gordon a thing? Or are they just in a relaitionship as friends? Just curious cuz there was a panel on side story 11 where the grandfather was convinced due to sir Gordon.
hii! I’ve also just finished rereading and as per my understanding, they are not. By relationship it must mean a business relationship—because I remember during the chapter where Lyle and Ash met with the grandfather, Gordon mentioned something about him having a meeting with a duke(?). (●'◡'●)ﾉ
I figured that much. However is Ash really not Sir Gordon son? I feel like he is.
As far as I know they are not related. It just so happened that Sir Gordon was heavily in love with Ash’s mother. Though, I did see some similarities with Ash and Gordon’s face (must be the artsyle). Anyway, it was never explained properly in the manhwa—but Ash’s mother herself said that she loves Ash’s father so much that it’s practically impossible for her to cheat on him. Then, during a sudden terrorist attack this coincided with Ash meeting Sir Gordon whilst Ash’s mother sacrificing herself for them. This event helped build Ash and Sir Gordon’s relationship. (not romantic)
To conclude, Sir Gordon was only heavily in love with Ash’s mother in the past but his feelings haven’t been reciprocated when Ash’s mother met his father. (This might be a confusing explanation but I hope you understand! this is only my understanding aswell so cmiiw because I may have forgotten some details) ╥﹏╥
