I’d prefer heat only if there’s no post or pre heat symptoms. As someone who gets really strong symptoms one (sometimes even two) week before their actual period starts I can say I hate my period cycle I rather be an omega. I get painful cramps and my lower back hurts so much I’ve gotten dizzy from these. So yup if is only one week of heat th...... reply
