I don't have intrusive thoughts too much, really, but I have, to some degree, OCD (it's not diagnosed or anything, but it's enough that I can spend 5-10 minutes doing repetitive actions at one time, and it's much worse when I'm not busy - just as your intrusive thoughts are - since I end up thinking about it more and then obsessing over it).
