It only needs 1 dominant omega to make a dominant alpha to go in heat but it needs 7 dominant alphas to make a dominant omega to go in heat outside of their cycle. Dominant omegas can also do pheromone shock on dominant alphas which can cause them to pass out and for half the case, lose their memories. They can also control their pheromones unlike dominant alphas. So in short, in a way, dominant omegas are actually pretty powerful in this universe against alphas/dominant alpha.
