What's the point of a MC getting OP in a normal world, if it was a world with monster and demons in it, it would've made more sense

This story is just overly dramatic for no reason,the author just keeps dragging the story i feel like this manga could've ended for some time now
This guy is a yandere magnet, at this point i wouldn't be suprised if at the end of the manga we learned that he was also a yandere plotting to get all the girls to fall in love with him or some crazy shit like that lol
