Well not all the mc suffering is ml fault, the mc get new comfy life and get reconigzed as painter because ml too ( eventho he just using him and mc literally know that) also mc knowing enough about his feeling and decided to life with him. If you compare him with other red flag seme, at least the ml not doing that without mc consent.
