I forgot the plot but I remember it being a historical type, the MC is a noble and the ML is somewhat a royalty (king/emperor??) i forgot if it’s shounen ai or straight up yaoi. But I remember the ML is obssessed with the MC to the point of locking him up even if the MC kept on sneaking to escape. There’s also a chapter that the MC managed to escaped and was caught by the ML and ended up being locked up in a room (a very extravagant one doesn’t wven look like a prison, simp ML indeed) and the two kept doing the deed until the MC just gave in (he actually like the ML too).

But there’s a part where the MC (bottom) was very stubborn and didn’t followed the ML’s advised (I guessed it was corporate or company thing) and went to a board of director’s meeting (they have a bad reputation and allegations that they do sx orgy and drugs while having the meeting). The MC let his guard down and even drank the drink that was offered to him which cause him to be aroused (he was drugged).
