Did we read the same thing orrr..? Also it wasn’t realistic for dan not to suffer when around jaekyung. He tried being detached but was naturally drawn to him despite knowing what he did. That’s how it works, if you feel strongly for someone you’re bound to get hurt one way or another. And jaekyung has suffered a lot, repented, apologized multiple times which still doesn’t make up for the bad shit he did, he was still an asshole. Yet one thing is for sure, he did suffer quite a lot since coming to the realization of what he did to Dan before. It was still egoistic and shitty of him to go find dan in that village after all that stuff, but he’s realized it, so he is suffering in my opinion.

You are taking this way too personal, i never said a hundred chapters of redemption arc but what i wanna see is a proper one, there was no proper redemption arc. We just saw him cry and apologize and tie a ribbon on it to make it look good. What I wanna see is Dan taking the lead in the relationship so much so Jaekyung would at least have a little control about what he has done. Mind you he lashed out on Dan 7 chapters ago, you think there was a redemption arc after those 7 chapters?

Idk, i mean.. personally, i just liked to see dan happy to be independent on his own salary, eating well, having a healthy sleep schedule.. that was what i wanted to see. I don’t think that dan as a character would’ve ever let jaekyung’s lashing out weigh on him. But that’s also the reason why it weighs on jk even more, because dan doesn’t really complain, so he feels even more like shit. He apologized, and i know for a fact that dan will have the reins in this relationship, because he’s the one who’s calmer and more composed emotionally. I hope we get to see more in the side stories too, eventually, but i’m pretty satisfied.

Ok ur like out of my topic, i never mentioned once that Dan also needs to suffer more, i dont think u read my message well thet "I dont want him to make Jaekyung too complacent again and make it a bit challenging to get him back" because if so thats just stockholme syndromed himself into a relationship that started out very bad, im for sure if you got blasted to bits by a guy with a jinx and then started crawling back to u i bet you would have second thoughts too.
