Hold on! I thought Britten was “Mars”. I thought that was established way back in Chapter-long-time-ago. Now, “Mars” is Eden von Siegfried? I’m having a hard time following.
No he’s not, they just have the same eye and hair color when britten transforms into mars because it’s a “common” hair color. They’re still different people hence why she didn’t think of him as mars but as someone familiar when she first saw him because he looked similar to duke siegfried (makes sense because he’s his father)
how does one jump to this conclusion, they’re not. Britten is the son of the emperor. Eden is the son of the duke. “Mars” looks similar to Eden because britten uses a transformation potion to change his eye and hair color from white to brown and from blue to black, very common colors. They simply have the same hair and eye color when Britten becomes “mars” due to magic.
I was trying to parse which “he” you meant in this clause “(makes sense because he’s his father.)” I had honestly thought that the person she thought Eden resembled was Mars, not the father, and the resemblance they do bear goes quite a bit further than a common hair colour. Also these sorts of stories do have weird plot twists. Anyway, thank you for clearing that up.
Oh girl! If you ride a horse for the first time in baby bloomers, I don’t care if that blanket’s made out of silk and that horse glides like a moving sidewalk, your thighs are going to be so chafed!
Ouch. Somebody needs to draw some proper riding pants on that child. Or at least some thick bicycle shorts.
