I don't get the harassing the authors if they don't like the story ! I mean why are they still reading/watching that ? For manga there are so many to choose from if they dislike the plot for this one !!!

Ok i rushed to read the raws and we peobably have a chance

girl i don't read PB:ITD and neither i have read PB so can you tell me why yuta wants the seme? like why he chased him and SA him in the start?
also, what's yuta's backstory? like can you spoil for me all the story of PB:ITD in brief, i don't want to read it bc SA and i don't fw twinks (no hate i js don't like them lol) but i still wanna know why it's so popular.

Tbh I read it because I really liked Seh(seme) character in Pearl boy.
I'll try to summarise as best as I can
Also Ml has been in a one sided love for his Boss who got married to Doshik's sister in Pearl boy.

So this one delves more into Japanese Yakuza syndicate.
We learn through yutas flashbacks that he was forced jnto prostitution at a high end brothel that was frequented by high ranking yakuzas. One day he was chosen to serve Seh(ml) and Ml takes an interest in him(more as in , he wanted to help Yuta). So Ml begins to bring books, they share conversations and spend time together. Long story short, Yuta begins to have a lil crush on Ml ( but our Yuta was a tsundere so).

One day a big fight breaks out in the brothel, between the opposing gangs and Ml was involved in the fight. Yuta was hiding closet when he heard Ml getting hurt, and he jumps to save him, fragments of bullets unfortunately still remains inside his skull.
With the fight still going on, Ml tells yuta to hide and wait for him.
After the fight was over, Ml receives word that Yuta was fine and had moved on. And our single brain celled Ml believes it and never goes to check up on Yuta.

We come to learn that an Old man(yakuza leader had taken yuta in, and if I'm not wrong, married him. The Old man has a shit-faced son called Tetsu( the man who is torturing Yuta presently) and he mockingly calls yuta- 'Mom'. Not to give much details on the abuse, but as you must have guessed, over the past few years yuta had been subjected to inhumane abuse (sexual, physical and mental). He seems to have inherited some of what the old man (he's deceased) left and thus begins his plan of revenge.

For Yuta, waiting had been painful, but I think seeing and hearing that Ml was well off and doing just fine, must have made him feel betrayed and abandoned. As mentioned earlier we learn in the recent chapters that the bullet remains in his skull was life threatening and surgery is also very risky- without surgery Yuta does not seem to much time. He wants Ml to feel the same emotions and turmoil he had gone through, so he's trying to play with at the Ml's heart.

At first it was confusion, then anger, and slowly realisation of why Yuta was acting this way towards him(ml). ML slowly starts to realise how gullible and stupid his decisions were. At first he felt responsible for Yuta's misfortune, and was in denial for so long that he could be attracted to Yuta. He has slowly realised his feelings and seems to be a lil awkward in expressing his feelings. Just when we thought we were getting somewhere, that Tetsu( step son) has kidnapped Yuta and we don't know what it going to happen.
